So I had run a red light, August 21st 2013, resulting in a total loss T-bone collision at an intersection. Myself, my passenger, and the 2 individuals that were in the SUV that hit me were injured. I had full coverage with USAA. ....Just recently I got a call from USAA stating that the opposing insurance company is attempting to serve me papers, and to fax them the documents as soon as they are received. Now if im not mistaken, the statute of limitations is 3 years from the date of injury, and the case should be closed by now. I am panicking at the idea of being served, as I am already 5 digits in credit card debt...

What should I do in this situation?
