to be a man in this society is to be treated with no respect and to be denied a purpose. plus the pressure to succeed. no guidence or protection from the father figure. and you wonder why so many people resort to porn to feel some type of self worth. thats part of the reason why so many people suffer from mental illness like depression because life is shit. the problem is not you its your environment. nobody gives a fuck about you. nobody will help you so its up to you to fix it.

I went through all that over the last 10 years trying to sort out why I messed up in my marriage and with the women I dated.

It wasn't me.

Every last one has been a train wreck of a human. It took TRP and ultimately MGTOW to figure it out. I just needed to separate myself from the problem long enough to see what was going on.

And like magic, the anger, the depression, and self loathing went away.

I'm in a much better place with my life not having to deal with women on a personal level. I don't have to struggle to decipher what it is they want. I see it all clearer now and can determine the level of childishness and crazy I'm willing to take. Right now, while I get my house in order (literally), I'm really good with 0%.

To be fair environment does play a sizeable role in how a person turns out.

That being said if one is struggling with issues they should most definitely get help.

You do have a point about society not caring much for the individual, especially when it comes to survival of the group.
