I'm tired of posts talking about how bad Rooney is, or which player to play in which position, which formation to play, Pogba on 10 position bllah bllah bllah. Maybe all of you United fans remember when we beat Arsenal 8:2 and the players in that game. Cleverly, Welbeck etc etc. We don't need new formations, we don't need new players. We are Manchester United. Players should play with their heart, to just look at that emblem and think that they're playing for one of the best teams on the world. They need motivation to play for this team. How Leicester won the last season PL? They play with they heart in every game. Maybe I'm not so good in english, and I'm not a professional manager to know everything about football, but I just know that the players should know for which team they're playing...

This is kinda cheesy but I like it and I think there is a lot of truth to it. We need to quit calling out all our bad players no matter how bad they play, we won't affect a coaching decision so instead of ruining everyone's confidence even more by the media let's get behind them. Leicester won last season because they picked a tactical formation that suited their players. As much as motivation is important, some people seriously underrate tactics, formations.
