1963 Studebaker Champ
condition: good cylinders: 8 cylinders drive: rwd fuel: gas odometer: 60000 paint color: red title status: clean transmission: manual type: pickup
This is a 1963 Studebaker Champ 8E5 with 60,000 ORIGINAL MILES. This is a nice car for sunday drives and casual cruising. You're just about guaranteed to be the only one with a Studebaker truck at a car show because there are only 2,300 of this truck made. It is an extremely rare truck that is always an eye catcher (how I ended up buying it.) I have put a new 3 speed manual transmission from another studebaker in it and have replaced the ring gear on the flywheel. This truck came from a farm in michigan was restored over 10 years ago. It has minor surface rust in common areas such as tailgate edges and rainguard on the roof. nothing major. Unfortunately I don't have a garage to keep it in. It's a nice truck I just don't have a need for an old truck at this point. It will come with the original 3 speed that needs to be rebuilt and a 3 speed with overdrive that matches size but the drive shaft has to be redone for it to fit probably worth it in the long run but i didn't want to go that far knowing i was going to be selling it soon. It is just a nice all around old truck with quite a bit in it so my loss is your gain. average condition is at $17,000 on NADA but I'm only asking $13,500. Like I said my loss is your gain. No paypal or wiring money. I know what this truck is worth so don't insult me with a low ball number.
