This is going to be a little strange typing out and explaining.

On 9/5/16 I went to the local ER for a swollen leg. They moved me to a 'clinic' area to save the ER rooms for real emergencies, the nurse said anyway. I was there a bit over 4 hours, got n x-ray and Ultrasound. Nothing was really fixed or done.

on 9/8/16 I was declared in Gulfport, about 2 hours from where I live and the local coroner approved it with my SSN and on the 14th all my stuff was locked down.

I didn't know this until that Friday evening the 16th because I had 2 letters in the mail. One stating I was Deceased and the other stating my insurance was cancelled due to this.

I tried to call but everything was closed or kept me on hold until they closed. I learned my Bank, Insurance, EBT, Disability, and SSN were now all closed or unusable.

I spent 3 hours Monday the 19th at the SSA office. But most of my stuff is still locked or cancelled. No one will tell me anything about who, where, how or why I was declared and now I'm not sure what to do next. The person at the SSA office told me everything would click back open 24 hours later but it hasn't. The insurance won't even believe I'm not dead when I'm the one calling them with all my information. I also can't exactly do much because my SSN is 'restricted' still for I'm not sure how long or why.
