I don't know what it is with r/reddevils and players who don't get minutes. They automatically forget how utter crap these players are when they played and that they have gotten many chances. It's like they think a quick miraculous fix will happen and when they eventually do play their performances are ridiculously exaggerated.

Memphis depay was playing against a lower league team tonight yet he looked like he would have fit in playing for Northampton. He slipped all over the place, he barely beat his man. Didn't create many chances. Yet on the matchday thread everyone was gutted he was coming off.

He was very very poor again.
