I am selling my V8 swapped 1983 Volvo 240 coupe.
The original engine and tranny have been swapped out for a small block chevy 383 stroker.
The transmission is an m22 rockcrusher 4-speed.
This is, to my knowledge, the only 383 stroker swapped Volvo 242 in North America.
The body is in near perfect condition, with virtually no rust or rot whatsoever.
The paint is in near perfect condition as well, as it has been garaged for the vast majority of its life.
Interior is in very good condition as well, all gauges and electronics work as they should (besides the A/C because the components were removed to be able to fit the new engine), and both seats are in very good shape
The only things missing from the car are 1) the radio, 2) the antenna, and 3) the back seat.
I have been daily driving the car for the past 4 months, and the only reason I am selling it is because I bought a new car and I have no space in my garage for it.
A bunch of extra parts will be included in the sale, including a posi-traction Volvo rear end, extra gauge cluster, original mint-condition hubcaps for the wheels, and two full boxes of interior parts and various doohickeys.
I also have a set of rare 5x108 MSW (OZ Racing) mesh wheels that can be included with the car for the right price.
Asking $6000 OBO.
