Passing midfielders (self.reddevils)

With Carrick and Bastian most likely gone after this season, who can we target to be the holding midfielder that can also pass well? Schneiderlin Fellaini can't pass and I would prefer playing Blind in defence. Someone like Weigl from dortmund would be ideal but very difficult to pry away from. Thoughts?

I think Herrera's a decent passer tbh. Altough Fellaini has been decent so far, I would personally play Schneiderlin, Herrera and Pogba as a mid-trio.

A midfield 3 of Weigl, Verratti and Pogba and we would be laughing! But sadly this ain't Football Manager and I doubt we will fix this solution till next year...

I was thinking this as well or maybe Jorginho instead of Weigl
