So about two months ago I ordered a long sleeve Zlatan Ibrahimovic away kit and was absolutely ecstatic about it. Zlatan is my favorite player in the world and having him transferred to my favorite club was a dream come true. Well on August 22nd I got an saying that they finally had the kit and that it was being shipped. I was obviously excited, and couldn't wait for it to get here. A month later (and two months from the initial order), United Direct shows the jersey as being delivered. It's been about a week since I got that message and I still haven't received anything.
I contacted United Direct and they told me they'd refund me as they are out of stock permanently but I am honestly not happy with that at all. I have been waiting for this shirt for months and the fact that they were holding onto my money without ever planning on telling me that my shirt wasn't coming absolutely infuriates me. Does anyone have any advice on what to do? I've never really dealt with something like this as companies usually try to make up for their errors.
