Some of the shit they preach is basically common sense: people like strong, confident people without any insecurities and in our modern world relationships are rarely permanent. BIG SURPRISE!

And Jesus christ, the promotion of manipulation in that subreddit is absolute filth. Self-improvement doesn't involve being a man that lacks integrity and is sacrificing his view of his own self-worth for bare minimum returns. Be yourself and make real relationships. Not everyone is meant to like you, but you could at least like yourself.
