I have a lot of critiques of Hillary. But she & Donald Trump are not *equally* a problem. Or maybe there's a sane Trump I don't know about.
I just realized that there are some "well-meaning" folks who don't actually care who the next president is b/c they'll be fine either way.

I just read a "liberal" white man try to argue that Trump isn't that bad. & it clicked - he will be relatively fine in a Trump WH. I won't.

I think people think Trump is a joke. & he'll be laughing all the way to his first Oval Office meeting where we builds a New Mexican border.

@deray I would posit that there are also a lot of folks whose lives didn't get better under Obama so it doesn't matter to them who wins now. -

@deray Right. But if they're still at the dead-end job and living check to check, they're not thinking about Supreme Court appointments. -
@ReignOfApril I get that. But I'm not even saying SCOTUS, I'm talking about him saying to end the dept of ed and whatnot. -
@deray But with all the platitudes and none of the consequences, folks struggling may not be thinking how it will affect their day to day.
