Risks and challenges
¿Which are the risks and challenges involved in the completion of your project? ¿How trained are you to cope with them?
This production isn’t risky for our crew members.
We already know how to get to the place, we have the GPS tracking from our previous trips and all POI locations saved.
We know the intricacies of the territory and we identified the landing places for helicopters and the support areas for shooting and for assisting the tasks of scientific teams.
We applied for permits to investigate, camp, shoot, take samples and conduct experiments at The Eye and nearby areas.
The audiovisual production will be in charge of Full Dimensional Entertainment S.A. http://www.fulldimensional.com/
Full Dimensional has broad experience in films, television and documentaries, both in 2D and 3D formats. In addition, it has permanent staff to work in this project in a duly and timely manner without setbacks. Sergio Neuspiller, owner of the company, is one of the promoters of this project and will be the director of the documentary.
As for the financial and accounting control, the budgets for each area were monitored in detail. Furthermore, the external suppliers selected are committed to deliver the work at the price fixed even though the work requires more time than quoted or more difficulty than estimated. Business management is in charge of Ricardo Petroni, head of the Kickstarter undertaking and owner of Specialized Environmental Modeling, LLC.
Web management will be in charge of ISP Canopus, a company that provides datacenter services and has 20 years of experience in developing web projects. http://www.canopus.net.ar
Pablo Martinez, owner of the company and partner in this project, will be in charge of this area.
Lastly, our efficiency, eagerness and seriousness when facing this project is reflected in the audiovisual samples produced with the purpose of introducing the project.
Where does the money go?
Getting to The Eye is quite difficult.
Even though it’s close to built-up areas, it’s located amid a marshy island.
First, we should sail to the perimeter of the island and then walk towards the center of the island going through water canals, tussock grasses, hills with prickly blackberries and marshy areas.
Neither motor vehicles nor horses can be used to access the eye; in the case of the latter, once they stuck in mud, they get restless and won’t keep going.
This makes things more complex while it raises the price of the tasks to be performed, from mounting the minimum infrastructure to transferring people and moving the equipment.
Heavy equipment such as diving gear, power generators, deep seeking metal detectors and other stuff will be transferred by helicopter.
Live brodcast from the Eye will need a complex system with up to twelve 4G chips working together to stream the video in real time for our Backers.
Scientists and experts participating in the expedition should be physically fit and willing to get into marshes and going through water canals.
We should have permanent medical support to assist any crew member in case of an accident or sickness due to tiredness, heat stroke, etc.
Ensuring that the tests performed by one expert do not alter or damage the tests performed by another expert is another key factor to be considered. Ensuring that nature is preserved in the area once research has concluded should be crucial.
After all the field recording we will have a complex post production including animations and 3D graphs to support all theories.
We also need to consider costs for performing tests and analysis to all we collect during the expedition.
All content at the Documentary must be available on English and Spanish.

Ya sabemos como llegar al lugar, tenemos el camino por tierra marcado en el GPS por nuestros viajes anteriores y todas las ubicaciones de los lugares de interés guardados.
Conocemos las complejidades del terreno y ya tenemos identificados los lugares de aterrizaje de helicópteros, y las áreas de apoyo para el rodaje y para ayudar a las tareas de los equipos científicos.

Hemos tramitado los permisos para investigar, acampar, filmar, tomar muestras y hacer experimentos en “El Ojo” y sus alrededores.

Full Dimensional tiene vasta experiencia en cine, televisión y documentales tanto en formatos 2D como 3D. Cuenta además con el staff propio permanente para afrontar este documental en tiempo y forma sin complicaciones. Sergio Neuspiller, propietario de la empresa es uno de los promotores de este proyecto y será el director del documental.
En cuanto al control financiero, contable los presupuestos de las diferentes aéreas han sido controlados minuciosamente. Por otra parte los proveedores externos convocados están comprometidos a entregar el trabajo por el precio pautado aunque el mismo requiriera más jornadas de las cotizadas o mayor dificultad de la prevista. La gestión comercial está a cargo de Ricardo Petroni, titular del emprendimiento en Kickstarter y dueño de Specialized Environmental Modeling, LLC.
Respecto del manejo WEB estará a cargo de ISP Canopus, empresa proveedora de servicios de datacenter y 20 años de experiencia en desarrollo de proyectos en la web. http://www.canopus.net.ar
Pablo Martinez su dueño y socio en el proyecto estará a cargo personalmente del área.
Por último, nuestra capacidad como equipo, el entusiasmo y seriedad que le estamos poniendo al proyecto se ven reflejadas en las piezas audiovisuales que realizamos a modo de presentación para el mismo.
COSTOS
Llegar al OJO es realmente difícil.
Si bien se encuentra cerca de zonas urbanizadas, está emplazado en medio de una isla pantanosa.
Se debe llegar al perímetro de la isla embarcado y luego caminar hacia el centro de la isla atravesando canales de agua, cortaderas, montes de espinosas zarzamoras y zonas pantanosas.
No se puede entrar con nada motorizado ni usando caballos ya que al enterrarse sus patas los animales se ponen nerviosos y no hay forma de hacer que avancen.
Esto complica y encarece todas las tareas, desde montar la mínima infraestructura hasta hacer traslado de personas y equipamiento.
El traslado de equipo pesado, como equipos de buceo, generadores, detectores de metales de alta penetración y otros serán trasladados en helicóptero.
La transmisión en vivo desde El Ojo necesitará de un complejo sistema con doce chips 4G trabajando juntos para poder transmitir el video en tiempo real para nuestros Patrocinadores.
Los científicos y especialistas a participar deberán no sólo estar en buenas condiciones físicas sino también dispuestos a meterse en los pantanos y atravesar los canales de agua.
Deberemos contar con apoyo médico permanente en caso que algún integrante del equipo sufra accidentes o se descomponga por cansancio, calor...
Otro de los aspectos a considerar es evitar que las pruebas de uno, alteren o arruinen las de otro especialista. Y que por sobre todas las cosas se preserve la naturaleza del lugar terminadas las investigaciones.
Asegurar la conservación de la naturaleza en la zona una vez que ha concluido la investigación debe ser crucial.
Después de todo el rodaje en el área tendremos una post producción complejo que incluirá animaciones y gráficos en 3D para apoyar todas las teorías.
También debemos tener en cuenta los costos para la realización de pruebas y análisis para todo el material recolectado durante la expedición.
