Doesn't help but it's not like every single player on the pitch is English anyway. The sport is multilingual so no doubt the club will have players/coaches/staff that speak multiple languages and communicate between each other.

It didn't stop Poch a few years back anyway.

Pochettino didn't speak any English before he came to Southampton and now he's one of the highest rated managers in the league. Plus Watford have so many players from so many different countries there are going to be communication issues no matter who the manager is.
