  "Innomdle Lab began as an internal project of Samsung through its new internal acceleration program, C-LAB, in 2014. In September 2015, after only about a year of acceleration and incubation, Innomdle Lab became the first company to officially spin off from Samsung, because of its outstanding performance. Upon incorporation, Samsung contributed a small amount of seed funding, with no board seats. Although Innomdle Lab began within Samsung, it is now a fully independent company with all IPs, and no board seats available to people outside of the company."

  I agree with Jan F. This appears to be Samsungs TipTalk. You even have a picture of you with Samsung. Didn't really understand at first why you showed a few pics with them but now it makes total since, you are just rebranding Samsungs gear!

  I am confused....is this TipTalk that you developed with Samsung? I read releases that your lab developed this with Samsung?
  
  TipTalk is suppose to be waterproof and retail for $100 or less.....
  
  Is there a difference and if so what and what is driving the price higher...particularly for "ground floor" backers.

  Is Sgnl waterproof?
  In terms of waterproof level designations it often is set from a scale of 0-8. This can be seen in its IP Rating. A score of 6-8 is considered "waterproof." For example, as Pebble 2 can be used in water up to 30 m, it is likely a 7 on this scale. For your reference, Sgnl is a 6.
  
  We are resistant to call it "waterproof" out of caution. We don't suggest that people shower or swim while wearing Sgnl. However, we can imagine that most "waterproof" smart watches are not much more waterproof than Sgnl is.
  
  This scale of 0-8 is based on Sgnl's IP Rating. Sgnl's IP rating is IP56

  @Hendra Yes, your phone allows you to connect and use multiple bluetooth devices. That is sort of the entire concept of this product.

  @Innomdle Lab @Creator: I am concerned about two things: (1) Safety and (2) Dimensions/Shape.
  
  Safety - After reading your FAQ, I see that you guys state that the product is safe to use due to the vibration technology that you use (not ultrasonic, nor electromagnetic.) But, I am still thinking about things like people with arthritis or any other issues on their bones. Depending on how those vibrations travel from the watch to the tip of the finger, that may affect them. In addition, although there are no electromagnetic waves, depending on how your technology works people with carpel tunnel syndrome may be affected as well. What is your take on this?
  
  Dimensions/Shape - I have a 165mm wrist, and although you stated on the FAQ that it should fit well on wrists with a minimum of 160mm in size, the shape of the product, based on the different pictures/videos that I have found, makes it to look like a bracelet, not a strap. On small wrists it looks like this oval-shaped bracelet that cannot be bent. It does not look like a strap, definitely not. What are your comments about this?

  @Raghunath. I'm a backer from India. I've backed a couple of more projects in kickstarter some of which have been shipped and received. Till now I've never been charged any custom duty of kickstarter rewards, only shipment charges. However I guess custom duty might be levied randomly as in case of some of my international purchases.

  Can I use both Sgnl and Dash at the same time?
  If I unplug my bluetooth earbud, do I need to reconfigure Sgnl mobile app to use the answer call functionality?

  I really hope you can upgrade the water-resistance. I'm wearing my Pebble 24/7 and therefore have to take it into my daily shower to keep it clean - if I cannot clean the strap aswell it would be a deal breaker for me - and I guess a whole lot of others aswell. Cleaning with a damp cloth is not really enough in my opinion :/

  Just an idea but can we have a stretch goal for a leather covered version? Maybe an add on up grade option. I think we could double your earning with a possibly kickstarter exclusive leather version or something.

  @GnL, funding date cannot be modified. Backers credit cards will be charged only upon successful completion on campaign on the 8th of October. After all pledges collected, money will be transferred to creator, which takes 14 days from the end of campaign. So technically creator will receive funds only on the 22nd of October.

  @creator..I see that the project will be funded on Sat, Oct 8 2016, 25 days later. I am not sure how the KickStarter works, but is there way to have the funding date to be modified into two phase: the fund collected by this Friday be funded to the creator next Monday and the fund collected afterward transfered to the creator on Oct 8, 2016 ? thus, you guys can start the manufacturing process sooner and the backers who participated the campaign by this Friday can receive Sgnl as Christmas presents ? ^0^
