technically he is still available ....but very little chance of him playing ...esp when even Carrick is not getting a chance to play and considering the fact he has not trained with the new team at all

Injuries, his weight/physical condition and attitude towards getting fit (preferring to travel to watch his gf play tennis) outweighed what he could bring to the team, especially when we have Carrick.
