Thank you all for coming from /r/the_donald!

This note is from a former Mod on /r/the_donald, /u/purpletricycle (which is an alt created for the_donald to protect anonymity). First of all, we want to clarify that the decision to start the 501(c)4 non-profit endorsed by the_donald and Milo Yiannopolus. Purpletricycle split off from the_donald in order to create a factor of separation between the communities.

It's been a wild ride to set all this up and we're all very happy to have you here and I’m grateful for this opportunity to help channel our movement onto even more avenues of glory! This post is to welcome the community. Now let’s get started with the details:

Nimble America is a crowdfunded 501(c)4 Non-Profit focused on promoting the ideals of America First, Smart Trade, Legal Immigration, and Ethical Behavior. Nimble America is operated, financed, and built by a community of crowdsourced supporters who fund the non-profit by purchases of our apparel/products, donations, or other future fundraisers.

Board of Directors and Leadership for the non-profit are /u/purpletricycle, /u/NimbleRichMan, and another close member of the_donald We also have a State Department official and Milo for consultation, both are contributers to the_donald and bigly Trump supporters.

Nimble America will transparently display funds collected and funds spent to our community. All funds are deposited in the Nimble America corporate bank account. On our Causes there will be a link to a PDF or Excel sheet with details about raised capital and expenditures. Donations are NOT tax deductible due to a pending Letter of Deferrment from the IRS for EIN# 81-3832418

This is on top of the federal disclosures we must file with the FEC as well as IRS guidelines for a 501c3 and 501c4. Our campaigns and funds raised will be publicly available for all to investigate.

*note: Major donations will be kept separate as well as funds raised through specific donor requirements that do not fall within our /r/the_donald raised donations.

Current Funds: Currently, the 3 members of the board are funding the startup of the 501(c)4. We have kept costs down in order to not break FEC Violations

Launch: With the launch, we are planning on registering as many users as possible as well as start an election season war-chest with /u/NimbleRichMan 's 48 match fundraiser to all donations to Nimble America.

Prepare Ads and Campaigns: Prepare Billboards #3 and #4: We originally planned to launch during the convetion with two prime location BBs in downtown Philly. Unfortunately we didn’t make that timeline, so we will need to prep ideas, art, locations for future Billboards.

Create more Merchandise: Currently we have plans to create "We Like Mike" or "I Like Mike" buttons. Link and plan on inviting the community to help with merchandise ideas.

I've supported Milo since questions about this have arisen. Backing this shilly "Nimble America" thing is kinda scummy as it seems like people (mods) are trying to capitalize on /r/The_Donald.

The guy hasn't posted a single comment in over a month and suddenly he's backing some Johnny-come-lately website backed by a mysterious "billionaire?"

Either Milo mentions this on Breitbart.com to legitimize it or his reddit account has been compromised.

I hope it's the latter.

Ok, I see, he hasn't exactly hidden the fact that he started that grant. And to his credit, the only major publications attempting to turn it into a fraud are Clinton mouthpieces The Daily Beast, Mediate and the Guardian. Having said that, he needs to award that money to someone's education and fast. Especially in light of tonight. I have a feeling the benefactor was Shkreli and Milo was just used to give credence to Nimble America since he is the only mod who is not anonymous (to my knowledge). He and the mods need to address this ASAP. And I don't mean that bullshit they just posted 30 minutes ago which doesn't relay any information at all.

Having said that, he needs to award that money to someone's education and fast. Especially in light of tonight.

I would suggest a trust at the minimum.

We are not a PAC, we are a 501(c)4 that can spend money on the campaign (40% directly involved), then we file those ads with the FEC, according to what our lawfirm G&K Law say)
