21st century technology such as virtual reality and 3d modeled environment and the eventual rise of more immersive technology can replace the need for material possessions and goals.I have goals to own beautiful possessions such as antique artwork and building a spectacular home for myself but then I thought...why not save that money and invest it in virtual reality because that dream can be virtually replicated and with technology I'll 'touch, and smell it'.

Should men going their own way who have material goals such as mine invest in physical things that in truth don't matter, and can be replicated in the near future with technology? Already now I can go into 3d max and build my dream room, put on oculus rift and live that dream.
