From my memory I downloaded it from the Ace website, yes. I essentially had a install description like u/Psycem's post above. I went to their website, clicked download and proceeded to go through the steps. All of a sudden I noticed candy crush apps and others on my desktop. Deleted it immediately, started using the computer but it was terribly slow. Turned it off (I know now I shouldn't have) and it took 20minutes to shut down. Opened up task manager and sitting in the processes was 's4400.exe' operating, so i deleted it from there. Went and found an awesome post on r/techsupport about getting rid of malware. Used four different programs and each program kept pulling up malicious alerts of things that had been placed on the computer. Unfortunately, it also permanently messed up my fast boot up of windows 10 by corrupting the files. I found away around it (turning 'fast-boot' off and enabling a 8 cores of my processor) but I think the only way I can fix it is by reinstalling windows and i'm not going through that again. I'm not really software savvy so it took a lot of reading and figuring out. Computer seems to be ok now.
