First time to England and OT (self.reddevils)

I'm coming from the USA and I'm going to see United host Liverpool in January. I was hoping somebody could give some suggestions on what to do in Manchester, thanks!

Can you elaborate more? Are you going to be there just for the match or will you be in Manchester for a few days?

I'm American, went to Manchester in February when we hosted Arsenal (the famous Rashford brace). We were staying in London but trained to Manchester for the day and back by night. Didn't get to spend a ton of time in Manchester but I can tell you this: If you plan on drinking at the pubs before or after (Bishop Blaize, The Trafford, etc) I would recommend getting as much of an early jump as you can. They get super packed super quick both before and after matches.
