I'm sorry but the only way the North Koreans particularly the ruling party there a Kim himself are going to learn anything. Is to beat them with sticks. The era of speaking Softly it's over with them. The UN Security Council apart from the US as a bunch of chickens and cowards who don't want to do anything anymore unless they absolutely have to. We're going to a point where is War is inevitable. We can plan Grand War and amazing strategies for it. But the same time we must have a plan for reconstruction and reunification and more importantly helping modernize the North Koreans after this terrible War that's bound to happen. At least this is my view on the Korean problem.

Well yes, the track record of wars to abolish dictatorships and make regions more secure is absolutely stellar looking at the last 20 years or so. Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, a chain of successes.
