There is no way the club can extend the south stand for a large number or reasons, mainly the cost of the stand having to incorporate the railway station, have to be built over the railway lines and the fact the council doesnt want it to happen.

Old trafford is at as big as its going to get. The only thing they could do is build the 2 remaining corners up but youd be adding 5000 seats max at a high cost and I cant see it being done unless the club as thinking of ways to do the south stand.
