None of that is racist, or hate speech.
There is a difference between racism and generalizations about Chinese people.
Your "white people" comment on the other hand, was racist for a couple of reasons.
1) It emphasizes whiteness over nationality or culture. How do you know anyone here is white?
2) You are saying that those so-called white people are unable to earn a living in their home countries, a common racist stereotype used to smear white foreigners in China.
Racism goes in all directions, and will be dealt with regardless of who is being targeted. Anti-Chinese racism gets removed all the time, and the users instantly and permanently banned. You only got a polite warning.
