Fifa ratings are based on long term performance mostly, 76 is a high rating for Rashford considering he's only been in the first squad since February.

He'll have godlike potential on career mode and there will be 80 something TOW versions in UT, but yeah it's still frustrating for online seasons he's not higher. They'll update throught the year though, so I'd predict 80/82 by next May
