What should I do about my Girl Friend?

I'm honestly not sure what to do. I tried to break up with her a bunch of times but we ended up meeting each other physically somehow and getting back together, last time it was through the church, however I have recently converted to atheism so it won't happen through the church. Last time I blocked her phone+email for at least 3 months until we both went to same bible study.

Honestly, she's nice to have around (well, as long as it's not like 24/7). She has a stable Dad (programmer) and a crazy mother who doesn't work. For some reason they allow her to stay home and not go to work and go to hospitalization programs instead.

Honestly I'm not sure if I have the heart to break up with her again, but will probably eventually do so the next time she cracks (starts to act AWALT crazy).

I feel sorry for her and I like her company, but I have a feeling it will have to end and I don't want to end up supporting her and a child, because by definition she would be like a child to take care off too with her lack of job.

I make decent cash as a programmer and I'm not sure if she's just in it for the bucks or if she actually likes me, I say this because I have had little success with women in my life, I'm not a chad, probably somewhere close to the spectrum myself.

I think I might just wait until the next time she goes crazy and then try to break things off again? I'm confused MGTOW, even though I shouldn't be. What do you think?
