Recent MGTOW thread Stoicism book recommendation? (self.MGTOW)

There was a recent thread that I can't find within the past 2 days where a fellow MGTOW posted an original idea of his and someone in the comment section said that the idea appears in stoicism and recommended a specific book about stoicism. Does anyone remember or have a link to the thread, do you remember the book that was recommended?

It wasn't that one. In my experience that's the most commonly recommended book, the book that I'm talking about had a different title.

Seneca is a big stoic. Xeno (zeno) of citium. Check youtube.
