How do you forgive yourself? (self.MGTOW)

Not sure if this is MGTOW but one of my biggest problems is focusing so much on my mistakes, flaws, and things that aren't good.

Read somewhere you have to forgive yourself, but i'm not sure how to do that. Just keep thinking about how I am a total fuck up.
