      Turns out there was a reason Mkhi wasn't starting. People just saw bursts of pace when he was subbed on and the FREE MKHI train started to gather pace. Bit harsh for a first game but he had dreadful touches, I've lost count of the number of times he lost the ball. Mata needs to come on.

      Would prefer Rooney off rather than Miki. Rooney has lost the ball just as much and the problem is in that position with Rooney he isn't natural so he always has to think when he gets the ball which is fine when you have space but in a game like this he is surrounded too quickly.

            We're incredibly lucky to even be in this game. Pogba and Fellaini and getting swamped in the midfield, theyre playing too far apart and too square and KDB is finding all the room he wants. Mou fucked up the starting lineup, i'm confident he'll make changes but I have to put the first half on his shoulders, theres very little defensive organization out there and City are just playing at a different speed. Our guys look confused and overall it was an awful half. That strike from Ibra was class though, thats not an easy shot at all. He couldve had another but that was a weird play. Lingard has to go, hes all over the place defensively and has played the wrong ball a few times. I get what Mou was trying to do inserting him into the lineup but it just hasnt worked. Would love to see martial come on for him. Im not sure what to do about the midfield but something needs to happen or they'll get more in the 2nd.

            Only Shaw and Valencia been anywhere near good, Fellaini has no help against 2 of the best Am in the Epl, Bailly was ok although the both goals were partly him but not as much as Blind who was definitely at fault for both goals, Pogba decent to good going forward and seemed to lose the ball less than other but needs to help Fellaini more defensively, both wingers been dreadfull but I doubt they have 90 minutes between them this season, Ibra and Rooney gave the ball away a lot but Ibra had a few chances and scored and Rooney did create a few things and tried to close people down but no one seemed to help him out.

            But hey were only 1 goal down and their keeper is shit, it's not al over yet, lets hope we can improve in the second half, can't really get any worse.

            Lingard's definitely struggling, think he'll be subbed over the break. Also, not that impressed by Mkhitaryan - obviously he's a good player but today he looks like he's struggling.

            For the next half I'd think United need Rashford on just to help the break and counter work more and I reckon maybe either Mata or Martial need to come on to try and get better balls in to Ibra.

            Mhki is flopping, and Rooney and Jesse haven't been much better. Every time we clear it, the City midfield are two steps ahead and are collecting it and attacking straight away again. Only Fellaini has had a good first half through simple metronomic passing. If we want to win Pogba needs to be on hand to calmly collect and pass to one of our attackers and Mourinho needs to tell them to work towards an end product. Valencia could certainly to use the wings more and get a few crosses in, because Shaw doesn't seem up to running a lot.
