Is the Mourinho/Guardiola rivalry as big as the media make out? (self.reddevils)

I know from their time at Madrid and Barcelona things got pretty heated in games but the media are making out like it's the biggest rivalry in football. Am i missing something?

With the international break the hype train is out of control. Had this been after midweek European games the buildup wouldn't have been nearly as huge.

I think Jose's rivalry comes from his time as assistant manager at Barca. He wanted Barcelona job etc etc...there's so much behind the scenes we don't know about. His rivalry with Guardiola comes because of all that.
