Help me start my own studio and receive a sculpture that you'll love to hate and hate to love.
About this project
About this Project
Hi, my names Trevor. I'm a new to sculpting but ever since I started I have found it to be my new passion. I want to move from being an amateur sculptor to a full time professional sculptor, but there is a problem. I don't have the tools I need to really get out there. To be really successful you need a professional website, some specialized equipment, a huge amount of material to get started.
I have always thought that the formula for success was a lot like the fomula for genius but just a little different, Genius is 99 percent persperation and 1 percent inspiration.
Success is 49% perspiration, 1% inspiration and 50% is opportunity. Your contribution is giving me that opportunity I need to succeed.
Your funds will go to helping me set up a proper studio so that these minature comedic busts and so many more projects can be made.
Thanks for reading :)
Rewards
For your contribution you will receive a small resin casting of one of the following sculptures signed, dated and numbered by me these are to be limited edition sculptures with a maximum of 3 runs. Each sculpture is a free standing item save the Hunter which comes by default with a small stand. Please note that these sculptures are small apporximately 2-5 inches in size.
Risks and challenges
While there are very few risks involved in this project there are always a few with any hand made object the bust may contain some minor imperfections but to the resin casting method. Original mold may begin to break down with repeated castings to overcome this I will make a couple backup molds in which case it may take additional time but I will put forth maximum effort to make sure the item will ship as soon as possible.
Please note that these images are of prototypes and still need some minor refinement before molding but do represent the overall look of these sculptures when they are finished
