I can bet it was /r/India mods who got him suspended for ban evasion.They simply dislike him blindly.

Are account suspensions automated? Like, can the randimods submit two usernames to some automated tool (case in point: /u/ngotha, /u/tifud) and say "we've banned ngotha but he's posting again with tifud account, so ban all accounts originating from the same IP"?

If the admins have done it manually, then they're no different from the randimods.

ban evasions are done manually and only when they are reported to admins by mods of the particular subreddit.

By blame admins? They are simply following the rules. /r/India mods have a history of getting people shadowbanned because they don't like them or want or want to kill rival subs.
