Let's say you do decide to get married for what ever reason. Perhaps tax benefits if possible.
Would a prenup be powerful enough to guarantee a 50/50 or another custom split of assets if divorce occurs? AKA... is there a perfect remedy to divorce rape(financially)? I assume this should be tailored to each marriage by a lawyer?
Not that I am interested in marriage, but if one of my friends decides to do this, at least I might be able to offer more acceptable advice than a simple "don't get married".
