I'm probably gonna get downvoted here, but seriously, just after reading a few comments on posts on the front page today, common and debunked gems of Republican propaganda constantly pop out. Stuff like:
"Attacking Vanu and Conglomerate was the only option and Connery did it to save mankind" (this one's particularly bad),
"The Enclave was bad, but not nearly as bad as Henry Briggs",
"The Kaor Desert conflict spelled the beginning of the end for the rebels",
"The Auraxis War was the war between good (Terran Republic) and evil (everyone else)" (I wonder where does The Enclave fit on this moral scale).
These sort of historical hallucinations are no longer taken seriously even in Republican academia (and regarded as what they actually are: mid-war propaganda), but continue to be spouted by some commissars in TR and are really just as bad as most excuses rebels use. Seriously, do people still believe this mythology in 2846? And if you do, sorry for ruining your circlejerk.
