I work in a STEM field (maths, to be specific), and I just want to know what all you MGTOWs think about programs that encourage women to pursue STEM fields. Here is one from the university I work and study at:

Personally, I don't see why it's worth it to have such programs. It comes down to choice; if they want to do it, they will do it. It also comes down to "best person for the job", regardless of background.
