It's not the question of getting a job, It's a question of "Do you need money ??"

If you can afford it, either start your own business or work at a small startup. Otherwise try any discipline requiring hard math/science skills or a job as blue collar skilled labor or as a heavy manual labor contractor.

Women gravitate towards jobs requiring less physical effort (retail and office) that are physically safe and financially stable (not startups) and don't require lots of engineering/math.

Programming involving machine learning/statistical models/physics engines. Naval architecture, aeronautical/aerospace/computer hardware engineering.

While there are still some women in these fields, it is a relatively small percentage compared to other skilled fields requiring more rote memorization or language skills (like law or general business or advertising).
