Introduction

We are being attacked by automated bots. (reddit approved)

Body

Just be aware that certain words and phrases are now being censored by an automated bot.

Since I can't actually use the phrase without this post being automatically deleted (I wrote another post centered on it) so I can't refer to it directly.

Let me reference it abstractly and you can then test to see if you get deleted too.

The last portion of my username has four letters.

When combined with the word "space" it becomes a phrase that the SJW use to define an area where adults are expected to behave like infants.

Ideally we need an outside website to log which words cause the automated bot to delete your posts because I was unaware of this censorship and it's annoying to write a post and have it deleted.

Also, they will Shadow Delete your post so you won't know they censored you until you log off and view it as a non-logged in user.

These censorships techniques are designed to not let you know you are being deleted from view.

Conclusion

Censorship has begun as we expected it to happen.

This is likely to get worse and the internet as a whole will be given over to the UN soon so we are basically fucked going forwards.

Just realize we are nearing the last messages we will be allowed to transmit before we get a Blue Pill filter over everything we say.

I have saved all blog entries, posts, videos and other stuff I find valuable and related to the red pill on my OneDrive, on a Harddrive and on a USB Stick. Some stuff I also store on Pocket so I can easily re-read it offline on my Tablet or eReader.

The plan isn't to outright "stop" us.

Instead they will chip away at us by making it awkward to communicate.

What if they banned the acronym AWALT

...would we just passively accept that they remove one of our terms?

We'd just adopt some really common word. But I don't see why we would stay on Reddit for it anyway, fucking shit site. The one advantage to staying here would be that Reddit has to deal with potential DDoS, the backup site is already up.

I've also seen many bots with firstname_lastname accounts, generally within the realm of politics. Now that CTR funding has dried up (at least temporarily), perhaps they won't be such a nuisance.

Some of it is automod as well. I know not how the secret sauce works, but dumb one liners are often removed, by endorsed or otherwise.

It's crude, but it does kill the 50% of low level shit. If people saw RP subs in their pure, unfiltered form, they would weep

      It could be a mistake on our end where someone configured the automoderator to do this... but it also could be from the outside.

      Anyway... after the vacation break someone needs to get to the bottom of this.

      I see a wide disparity on points given on comments depending how you view them (ie in the thread, on their user wall, signed in, signed out). Just another one of those signs.

      Reddit is essentially a supercentralized index of forums. It's distinctly different to how the internet started (usenet):

      an early non-centralized computer network for the discussion of particular topics and the sharing of files via newsgroups.

      In some ways, it really hasn't advanced all that much since the 80s, there are some conveniences given which is how they always lure the masses to new web services, but given power to an elite few admins and whoever is willing to shell them out some money.

      So of course the narrative will be heavily censored. Too much incentive not to. You don't even need to completely delete things for censorship, just bring some things to the light and bury others in noise. S-ba nning is just another example.
