I can only speak for myself, but I wasn't interested in the election at the time. I'm a veteran election shitposter, dating back to campaigning against GWBush. I was a Howard Dean voter and learned then not to blow my wad during the primary, and to focus on the general so I'm not butthurt again.

That's exactly what I've done, and what I think a lot of people in the country do. I didn't pay much attention to the race until the conventions. You can look at my post history and see my first posts were during convention speeches.

I don't hate political spam, I hate Trump.
