I've had to deal with Vibez trying to take her life more than once. I can't say that about anyone else, and if I did, I'd be concerned about them too.

The very indica dominant strains don't interest me they just put me on my arse and make me fall asleep.

Haze varieties are the go to sativa strains in Amsterdam or at least they used to be. Energizing uplifting smoke.

I only do oral consumption of cannabis now but I doubt that matters.

No disrespect but can you not comment on things you nothing about. I E-mailed him last night asking him not to bring any of our disputes on Bluelight. I still class him as my friend I think the world of him but this agenda of his to get me banned, writing to site owners etc has to stop. I told him I'd report his posts if he continued to do this. Looks like i may have another slipped disc. Not a prospect that i even want to think about. Not in a good way at all. Oxynorm, valium and mobic should be helping but i'm still in a fuckload of pain. If it doesn't abate i will have to go see my GP but being late Friday afternoon i cant do anything till Monday. 10mg of oxycodone has not done much for the pain yet.

And way too sore to see a physio yet. I will have to wait till it settles down. I dont trust chiropractors...its quackery as far as i am concerned. I prefer my medicine to be evidence based science.

Yea I can understanf that I saw a chiro for awhile - it was £50 a session n I didn't feel I was getting anything out of it. It makes sense you wanting it evidence based because people shouldn't take riska with bad back. Where do you have it? Do you have nerve pain?

Its my lower back with pain radiating down my leg indicating an impinged nerve. Ive had a slipped disc before L4L5. It may be that flairing up or possibly a new injury. I will have to wait and see. Its hard to say without an MRI. This is not how i planned to spend my weekend. I just took another 10mg of oxycodone. I think i will have to see my gp and get some ER Oxycontin and use the IR Oxynorms for breakthrough pain as at the moment the pain is ridiculous. Hopefully the extra 10mg knocks it on the head.

Yea I Googled slipped disc a lot at tge time n you always has the slip disc - what goes is the pain when the jelly stuff stops pressing on the nerve average 6 weeks but can caru depending on person n situation. Just lucky it happened at work as i am covered as far as my income goes and any treatment required.

A friend is coming around later with some dinner for me which is good as i cant do much more than lay down. I am really pissed off that this has happened. Not much i can do about it though.

I think most of the advice and posts concerning your 3FPM use Evey was from people generally concerned for your well being. Some of it wasn't I can see that but to my eyes most of it was. I think people got frustrated with you not taking the advice on board and taking more and more 3FPM.

It is just the nature of internet forums for people to have their say and sometimes its not what you want to hear. I think Raas means well and is expressing his concern. I know you have had enough of it but it clearly bothers him and others.

I dont think there is any need to hide your drug use here. Just try and moderate it and use responsibly. None of this is having a go at you. Just offering my point of view.
