Made the wrong choice taking subs - but deep down it's only cause I knew you were all right n didn't want to admit it. Nonetheless taking subs has been an experience so worth it in some ways. Just had a thought I'll let my friend know of this place. She was on suboxone for 4 n half years.

Hahahaha wasn't confusing at all. Was an amalgamation of Evey n my daughter's name with "vibe" at the end - but was sick of people calling me Evel or Evil lol hahaha not good man, not good at allll :)

Hiya Atmosfears, what's Diphenhydramine? I've not heard of that. I haven't received any E-mail.

I'm reading this real ace book called The Four Agreements and it's made me think about how I react to situations and what not. All those times I was worried about people talking about me etc, etc none of it really matters. It doesn't matter what people think of me or say to me because it's THEIR stuff and not mine. I can't believe all the times I used to get upset over silly stuff n really none of it matters.

I love it here and BL as the people are lovely, friendly, mature and have engaged in some real ace discussions. Really think things are changing around for me now. I'm trying (again) to give up drink and really want off the subs once and for all. And you're right I need these forums to help get off them which I intend to do by Christmas (she says, haha). Have had a temp ban from BL but non one's fault but my own for getting wound up over stuff so I'm own my behaviour and taking responsibility for it.

Yea I think we're all guilty of that tho. I'm no angel n have had a go at people but feel guilty afterwards when I've calmed down. I'm realising sometimes it's best to walk away for awhile when things get heated.

Thanks. Hang on isn't benadryl a sleeping tablet? I'm sure I've heard other opie addicts say they'd have benadryl to get off to sleep.

Benadryl is actually used for allergies, but the active ingredient is found in many different sleeping pills as well.

^yea it makes you very drowsy, so many people use it off label as a sleeping aid. Works really well, actually. It actually makes me so drowsy I don't see how people can take it during the day for allergies, I use Zyrtec as an antihistamine. Anyway, so off topic haha...
