I used to read alot of PUA theory because I was a KV and I was kinda desperate. I decided to pick up a PUA book (what can I say, I read everything from investing to romantic novels to classics) and read into it, try to develop new opinions now that I'm no longer invested in that path. Alot of it describes being a low-invested man and a confident guy to attract women. It actually is true. I get much more female attention going MGTOW than I did even when practicing pickup and PUA. Why? It's probably showing really that I have 0 investment in them, I could care less if you show no interest or grabbing my dick and screaming you want me to fuck you. Many of the strategies are aimed at the illusion that "Hey, I don't care about the outcome". In fact, it's the opposite, by studying and applying the concepts, it's actually showing you are needy and invested in the outcome that girls give you. All this crap about looking confident is an illusion, in fact you go in to say a club, and you are invested in fucking X women or getting X numbers. I think PUAs look at MGTOWs or people who truly don't care and try to replicate what they look like they do and think.
