Results from ignoring women all summer (self.MGTOW)

So this summer I made it a point to look away (to the side) when a woman noticed me. I often did this with a friend not to far away, somewhere they couldn't assosiate with me. The results were shocking, nearly every time they couldn't understand why I was enjoying myself and the company of those around me. Sometimes I would stare at them when they were getting up or down and that seemed to multiple their level of interest. At the end of the day though, I would often walk away completely uninterested and felt empowered by that fact. When you give them your attention they discard it as a matter of course. Always keep your happiness paramount

I once asked some women in a forum what they thought about men who intentionally looked away when they walked by, especially if they had been dressed up. None liked the idea, and one even said she thought the man was trying to punish her! I called her out on her ego, for thinking that not being looked at is some sort of punishment.

I've been doing the same, holy crap! the results are hilarious! they make a stupid face like "what the heck, why is this guy looking the other way!?" hahahah hilarious! Fuck em! I don't hate women, but I stopped being a nice guy a few years ago.

In the gym, I also start to laugh and smile all by myself when i work out. Feels fucking great deadlifting heavy weight i get huge dopamine high from it. hahah. They see that and are like WTF is this guy on? hahah I'm happy cause i don't have worries about some chick trying to tell me what to do on a daily basis.

Yes, it's all attention. Attention is the currency. That's what Facebook, Instagram and all these self-prostitution sites are about. That's what skimpy clothes are about.

Attention. Without giving away anything.

Even forgetting about the game that women are playing, the key is : you're fucking up your own mind by salivating all the time.

The next step for you is to not just play this game of not giving attention, but really protecting your attention from being wasted on women. Just as you would naturally look away from bright neon lights that hurt your eyes, you look away from women who are trying their best to make you think about them (while still shaming you for being a creep for looking at them, of course). This mind-shift will kick you into Turbo mode. You'll save so much energy by refusing to dole out attention on useless activities and naturally, you'll have a cleaner mind and more energy for what is important to you.

I've also been actively ignoring women, especially the attractive ones. Last week during a run around the park I noticed a woman walking towards me. Women are addicted to attention. If they don't get it they get withdrawals. I guarantee that the minute that they are ignored that they can't wait to post a picture on Facebook and Instagram to get more likes from betas and manginas.
