I loved women tremendously, until I came to America, not any part of America, I came to God Damn New York City.

All this feminist workplace bullshit has happened to me, boss giving favor to female co-workers for doing a lot less work than me.

I went on vacation once and when I came back this girl was in charge of doing what I was doing but instead of seeing what need to be ordered in tech startup, everyone had to send her exact order id with url to the item... so essentially all she had to do was just combine everything in a shopping cart and hit order...

Taking out the whole point of the role which is to find out exactly which item needs to be ordered, see if there the same item in inventory or suitable replacement, make judgment call onto the number these that should be ordered. All the guys were happy to comply, at least there was no contest. I couldn't get these guys to even give me one days notice... but they were happy going along with her deadline of ordering once a week at a certain time... F###ing unbelievable... I once told her why she didn't order an item I asked her to order... and that if she has a problem with my order it is not up to her decide, that she can take it up with the boss.

A week later she comes and tell me, I don't like the way you speak to me and give jokes with me at work, outside of work it is fine, but here I just want to do my job and you are making me uncomfortable.

I quit that same month. I knew if push came to shove, I would be fired, none of the other guys who work there would stand up for me, although they all knew I was a hell lot more productivity and valuable to the company than her... There were no females there before, probably some girls that would be there for 6 hours a week; productivity, work environment and morale was great. These girls came in there and they had a problem with the music and only wanted to play their own genre/ethnic music after a while... this was a very multicultural multinational place... they were middle eastern but totally westernized versions.

One thing women get a lot more help to do their own job than any man would dream of getting... and I shit you not, that is why they will get promoted and outshine men... Men will get frustrated, agonize, research online and only then will they reach out and disturb another co-worker for help... Women... as soon as they encounter a problem... hey Bob nice shirt, so....

People joke about it... but I really don't want to work with women any longer... Hi and Hello is all I try to keep to...

I hate it when male co-workers invite female co-workers into a conversation... I try to shy away quickly then... I don't have a hate... I just know that I do not want to associate more than necessary...

I'm really going full steam into a new job and I want to be the best employee hands down for now...

How can I work in a new place with so many women?
