Woah, you ain't kidding.

This whole "t-t-those evil dataminers!!!" meme has to stop.

Datamining has little to no impact upon a game's reception, at best, it also creates hype since most people expect the features they want.

The whole Nightmare mode thing was overlooked upon release, since no one gave a fuck bout it and the datamining of everything else, had 0 negative contribution.

Like convery said, it's just PR drivel to beg consumers into buying products without making any sort of informed and rational decision. The rest of you who are buying into this meme are literally sheeple.
