Why are many men psychopathic, narcissistis and autistic?

For example, when men are psychopathic:

1. Extraverted need for thrill and pleasure
2. Lack of emotional empathy towards other's feelings
3. Insensitive and callous
4. Calculating towards women in order to manipulate them into sex
5. Lack of emotionality and a flat affect.
6. Hostile without provocation
7. Treat women as sex objects for "Dump and pump"

Why are men narcissistic? For example:

1. Egotistical
2. Sensitive to criticism
3. Superiority complex
4. Fragile masculinity
5. All women are the problem but men have no faults
6. How much times they get laid
7. Get jealous when women dating guys that are not them

And when men are autistic:

1. Can't read obvious social signals
2. Can't read obvious social situations with women
3. Lack of understanding a woman's subjective perspective
4. Need to understand women through some sort of formula or "red pill", and have zero ability to mirror their emotions through emotional contagion.
5. Overemotional and get hurt easily like a baby.

So are men naturally evil or what? I'm a man myself, and moving to North America, I have seen this behavior in men quite a lot. And opposite in women. Even in nightclubs, women are only bitchy, whereas men are more likely to either fit in those three categories. Even online, PUAs seem to be psychopathic, and Red pillers, MGTOW and MRAs seem to be either narcissistic or autistic.

When will men evolve out of this shit lol? I'm not trolling. I want a genuine response.
