I think the idea behind it is that Hillary is looking up at the style of the subreddit, but this post only works if you're viewing it on a computer, in the subreddit, with RES.

You can view the styles without RES. RES just makes it easy to turn off that annoying shit.

I'm so fucking tired of this excuse. /r/shittyreactiongifs has a standard and people like you are ruining the spirit of this sub. There's a difference between a shitty gif and a shittyreactiongif. Shittyreactiongifs have an incredibly obtuse title that shouldn't even have material supporting it, but alas someone has found it. These recent bullshit submissions that are just fucking reaction gifs are destroying what this sub is all about.
