In my neverending quest for the hottest slut, I've noticed a pattern. If I lie and tell a girl I'm a musician or a screen-writer, I get more interest than if I tell her I'm a Ph.D scientist. Both types of career paths are extremely challenging and take years of effort to perfect, yet the "creative" types seem to be pulling hotter girls. Sure, I've had sex with some beautiful women, but if I'm completely honest with myself, the hottest one was only an 8. What I want is that New York Dime. The ice-queen that tells you to fuck off before you even have a chance to get to the hook. I realized that my current career plays against me. 9s and 10s don't seem to get wet for the STEM field professionals. They want the bad boy musician, etc... My advice to you gentleman is to find that "cool" thing you're passionate about and when meeting the ultra-hot sluts, identify with that rather than your 9-5 Software Developer job that pays you 100K/year. My plan going forward is to start making music again so anytime I'm meeting these instagram models, I can say I'm a musican and be fully congruent to it. The fact that I conjugated a crazy functional group to an envelope protein for target-specific transfection isn't going to help me with the 9s and 10s.

If you're a Ph.D scientist or a software developer you're ahead of 99% of the world. Embrace that shit. Hell, if I had those credentials I would have no problem telling any woman that and I'd be damn proud. Don't let your desire for a hot woman with a wet hole change your identity.

You might think so in the vacuum, but your opinion would rapidly change after repeteadly suffering how people treat you when you tell them what you do. Be yourself, embrace it, be proud... advice is fantastic but it does not take into account the realities of the world that you can not change.

I am not saying you should change your degree or carreer to get a fuck out of a woman. That is pathetic. But understanding how people judge others and adjusting your presentations and interactions is no nonsense.

Also, after you spend some time with people in STEM you'd also realize how socially retarded most tend to be (not all, but a lot of them). There is something toxic about how nerds relate to each other, they tend to be very passive aggressive. Because of the importance computing and related fields have taken in western society, there has been a glorification of the nerds, but I invite you to actually share time in those environments to understand why the prejudices hold some truth.

Science is about the Truth, which they hate. Music is about self-expression which they love. And honestly, if you're a PhD or software developer, you are doing yourself a huge favour by developing another interest, and your job should be a minimum of your identity, and separate from your personality. There are tonnes of 40 year old burnt out losers who are expert technicians of various professions who made their job into their identity and have been turned into sanctimonious retards. I definitely agree with you here.

No one's stopping you from playing the guitar or picking up a paint brush, or wearing a leather jacket and riding a motorcycle just because you're a scientist or a programmer.. A good friend of mine is a coder and plays bass in a local metal band that's signed to an indie label.

Girls just like that bad boy aesthetic. Like if your personality just STOPS at "scientist" or "phD student" it comes off as dry and like you're career obsessed.. Which, there's nothing wrong with of course but computers and math equations are usually the last topic on this planet women want to talk about.

Plus, no offense but most dudes in the STEM fields dress like Bill Gates and his crew at the Windows 95 launch (look up the viral video on youtube). That look definitely does not get girl's panties wet.

In my opinion, this seems to be mostly the case for Western women. When I lived in the Far East, it seemed like the women there were more concerned about a man's career than anything else, which is probably why you see a lot of Beta Bux with hot babes in Eastern countries.

As a White American male working in STEM, I tend to get more attention from foreign women than my own kind. It's insane. I feel you, OP.

Never give a bitch a serious answer when she asks you what your job is. When a bitch asks you what you do for a living, she's testing you for provider status. A fact-oriented answer only solidifies that.

Never give a bitch a straight answer about your work. Give her one or two evasive and joking answers, and if she still presses you for the truth after that change the subject. Tell her she's being fucking boring and control the frame. Don't let it devolve into an interview.

Do what this guy says, never answer the question straight. Keep it mysterious as long as reasonable. They're just testing to see if you'll try to qualify yourself to them with your job status. I'm still at that phase in my life where I just want the hottest girl I can get. Not really interested in making any intellectual connections. Statistically speaking, it's better odds of finding the 9 or 10 than a girl that "understands" you. About 4 years ago I decided, fuck it. I don't want to be understood. I don't need to be understood. There is nothing to understand really. I just want sex with hot girls. At least at this point in my life.

The reason you're not getting 9's and 10's isn't because of your career, it's because you think your career matters, and that thought belief and where it stems from is holding you back. You probably have other areas that are doing the same thing, and they can tell, so they dont fuck you.

How many business owners don't have a very exciting job title, but still pull hot women all the time. Sure, musicians and whatever else creative do as well, but that's because they have status, something you can achieve without it.

As an aside, the women can probably tell youre telling them about being a musician to try and impress, thus having the opposite effect it intended.

Why is this important to you? Will it make you feel validated?

Is there something about a 8-10 vagina that is different from a 7-8 vagina?

Personally bro, I'd say avoid 8-10s. They are a maintenance nightmare, and the ROI does not exist. If anything, you'll have to fight Chads off with a stick, or trust her (Hahaha) to ignore them and prioritize you over a branchswing.

I'd say stop seeking external validation. However, if you're in that zone, you have to wonder-- what sort of insecurities do you have that requires an 8-10 to assuage them?

Social value within culture. Within American culture, a PhD is seen as nerdy, extremely beta and just plain repulsive. Shows like Big Bang theory perpetuate the stereotype. I'm a med student, shit is meaningless unless you're an attending. I worked in a lab as an undergrad student and found a lot of the Phds and post docs were super fit or jacked dudes. It still was meaningless for their game to have that PhD.

Unless you're Walter White, some pharma executive or a Prof/Principal investigator pulling in 300k, a PhD is a negative for pussy.

American culture really shits on intellect in general, it's better in Europe and Asia. Even though it is only through intellect and aggression that the American empire exists.
