What is Realms Life?
Realms Life is an open world (Literally) Free to Play MMORPG. Go out into the real world with your smart phone, gather resources, train skills, and battle other players or team up and kill bosses! Realms Life is all about taking what makes an MMORPG good and moving one giant step further by letting you in the game. There are tons of things to do in the world of Realms Life and were just getting started.
Rainy Day?
So you cant go out huh? No problem! Realms Life is a cross platform game made for both mobile and Pc. On the computer side of the game there is still tons to do such as fight monsters, train skills, and work on your own KINGDOM!
PVP
Just like any fun MMORPG there will be player vs. player combat. Anyone can pvp at any level! All you need to do is simply toggle your pvp setting on the app. You will then be able to fight other players in your area who also have pvp toggled.
Skills
To train skills you are going to have to play both inside and outside. Below is a guide through each skill. (Note not all skills require you to be outside)
To train Mining you are going around the real world with your phone and locating ore nearby. As you progress through the levels you will be able to get better mining tools and harvest higher level ore. Mining is used to harvest ore for the smelting skill.
To train Elixir Creation you are going around the real world with your phone and harvesting ingredients for your potions. Then hop on the computer when your done for the day and create the potions. Elixir Creation is used to make potions which give your character temporary stat effects.
To train Endurance all you have to do is move! Yes that's right you level up this skill just by walking around in the real world. Endurance is an undecided skill we will probably have this skill contribute to many different things in full release.
To train Trapping you are going around the real world with your phone and catching food! This could mean hunting in forest or fishing in a lake depending on your geographical location. The purpose of food caught is to then be cooked. Once food is cooked it can be eaten to restore health.
To train Woodcutting you are going around the real world with your phone and collecting logs from trees. As you progress through the levels you will be able to get better woodcutting tools and harvest higher level logs. Woodcutting is used in part with the Crafting skill.
To train Creation all you need to do is create things! This skill is used to build your own kingdom. By leveling this up you will unlock more things for your kingdom. This may include your own few resources, shops, settlers, and over all design of your kingdom! ( Note creating certain things will give experience towards crafting and smiting)
To train Smithing all you need to do is smelt bars from ore. The bars can then be turned into armor.
To train Crafting simply go to a workbench and use your smelted bars and logs. Crafting is used to create weapons and ammunition.
To train Cooking go to a cooking station. As your cooking level rises you will be able to cook higher level food. Better food will heal you for a larger amount.
Combat Skills
These are a list of all the skill you may level up by slaying monsters and bosses. You can level them all up and become a well balanced player. Or... choose one and become a master in that fighting style.
Health And Defence
As you fight you also have these two skills. These will make your player stronger and able to take a bigger hit without falling down so easily.
Please Take Note! Beta
This is an early look at Realms Life and much is subject to change! The graphics, skills, and some mechanics might change. However this dose not mean the main idea of the game will change. Changes will only be for the better. If all goes as planned and the funding is successful we can expect to hopefully have a beta by second quarter of 2017. This beta will be available for everyone to sign up when the time comes. However we cannot guarantee everyone will be granted access.

Once we get closer to our goal more stretch goals will be placed here.
Real World Hit Detection $75,000
If $75,000 is reached we would like to implement real world hit detection. This basically means when you go out to collect resources or fight monsters you will actually be able to do so with you phone. Imagine being able to physically swing and punch to fight/gather resources. To accomplish this we will use your phones GPS and other sensors (EX Orientation detection) This will most likely have the ability to be toggled on/off. However we will see what feedback we get from the beta.
Risks and challenges
Risks? There's always risks when creating a new game big and small, nothing we cant overcome however. We at Time Passer Games believe no challenge is unconquerable why change that philosophy now?
