As you can see the number of whites killed by black seems pretty high and the number of blacks killed by whites seems pretty low.

Of course the black on black rate is high but that's not the point if you switch and look at the victims race you will get a rate of ~4.81 (black killed by white) and a ~1.57 (white killed by black) which is both roughly 10% of their respective same race value.
