United Direct Lost Account? (self.reddevils)

Has anyone else gotten a message from United direct when they try to log in/track their package saying profiles created before 8/22/2016 no longer exist and you need to make a new one?

I ordered a kit 2 weeks ago and tried to log on to track it and it says my profile/order no longer exists and I have to create a new one or call customer service to track my package.

I haven't had this problem, but calling them to let them know of your issue is your best way forward.

Alternatively you can also email them. Although I'd personally call them up and get this resolved.
