Has anyone else gotten a message from United direct when they try to log in/track their package saying profiles created before 8/22/2016 no longer exist and you need to make a new one?

I ordered a kit 2 weeks ago and tried to log on to track it and it says my profile/order no longer exists and I have to create a new one or call customer service to track my package.
