I was interested in seeing if r/politics was gaining/losing supporters over the past month with the election. So I did a quick google and found this http://redditmetrics.com/r/politics

Not sure how much meaning there is to it, but under "milestones", for a solid week it was the fastest growing non-default sub. This was just back in July before the sub became a useless 24h "dumb trump" show. Not sure if they just started tracking the top non-sub of the day, but there have been no other occurrences of it happening before. It looks like a massive amount of people were piling in for a solid week, more than ever in the history of r/politics.

Please explain. As far as I understand that bot only removes duplicate stories after checking that the original submission got over a certain vote threshold. If anything it would allow duplicates of submissions downvoted to zero, no?

before yesterday you could repost stories that were autobot removed after being brigade downvoted by the heavily liberal user base. Todays test shows they will now remove the already deleted stories. If the mods autobot removes a story because of downvotes than the story technically shouldnt be duplicate as the censor machine of r/politics already deleted the first submittal after the liberals downvote anything anti hillary or anti dem. Therefore the sub is even more rigged like 1984 to only show anti trump pro dem/hillary stories even though it is r/politics and not r/liberal of r/hillary. Big time agenda driven censorship by bigoted mods who have very soft skin
